FAQ

To build a line-item proposal, we need: tour dates and routing, number of coaches (artist/star bus vs. band buses), bunk configuration preferences, whether you’re pulling a trailer, and a rough budget range. The more complete your itinerary, the more accurate the numbers.

Three primary costs: coach day rate, driver day rate, and diesel fuel. Additional items include overdrives, deadhead miles, interior cleaning/linen service, exterior washes, generator servicing (every ~100 hours), and trailer rental if applicable. We build transparent proposals so your business manager has clean numbers for the tour budget.

Overdrives are triggered when a driver exceeds the legal on-duty driving limit set by the DOT. We follow industry-standard overdrive compensation and will spell this out clearly in your proposal so there are no surprises on routing days with heavy mileage.

Both. We build and lease star configurations with private rear suites, queen/king beds, dual bathrooms, and full galley — as well as band buses with 10-, 12-, and 14-bunk layouts. Slide-out and non-slide options are available.

Can we bring our own driver? We work with vetted drivers from our established driver pool. If you have a driver relationship you want to continue, let’s talk — we handle it case by case with safety and compliance as the baseline.

We perform rigorous pre-tour inspections on every coach before it rolls. If something does come up on the road, our 24/7 support line dispatches certified technicians or a relief coach — we don’t leave tours stranded.

Our fleet is headquartered in the Nashville/Gallatin area. Deadhead costs to first pickup and back from final drop are part of every honest proposal. We’ll show them as a separate line so routing decisions are clear.

Availability moves fast from April through October. We recommend reaching out 60–90 days in advance for standard tour routing, and further ahead for full-season holds or multi-coach requests.

Yes — we can quote and manage full touring packages across multiple coaches, coordinate driver scheduling, and handle logistics for the entire package.

Yes. Our fleet is built on Prevost shells, which are the industry standard for entertainer coaches.

Discretion is foundational to how we operate — it’s been that way since we started. We don’t discuss client relationships publicly without permission, and our team is vetted for confidentiality.
